Tschinglen Expedition

A mountain adventure for the whole family: The Tschinglen Expedition starts at the Tschinglen cable car station in Elm. Already in the cable car, the adventure starts, because it leads over a spectacular gorge and welcomes adventure seekers with an audio play. At Tschinglen Alp, the approximately 1.5-hour round hike starts through the impressive mountain landscape with its flora and fauna.

At Firstboden, a natural terrace, a shelter with a fireplace is waiting. Quickly unpack the picnic and then enjoy the view while eating. From here you can even see the legendary Martinsloch, the rock hole through which the sun shines twice a year on the church in Elm. Those who don’t want to carry the picnic up themselves can return to the alp and stop at the Tschinglen restaurant. Expedition participants with tired legs then return to the valley by cable car, those who are not tired yet tackle the gorge trail.
