No sooner are the towels spread out than the kids are itching to jump into the action. First, a ride down the 100-meter enclosed waterslide? A lazy drift through the current channel? Or a leap from the diving platform? At Mühleholz Swimming Pool, summer days seem to fly by.
While younger children splash through fountains in the paddling pool and make new friends on the playgrounds, older kids race through the waves and challenge each other from the diving boards. In between, there’s time for an ice cream on the shady lawns, a game of table tennis or a soccer match on the grass. As the afternoon sun begins to sink, families gather at the restaurant to round off the day together. Liechtenstein’s only purpose-built outdoor pool has long been a summertime favorite in the region and beyond.
