Somewhere between Horgenberg and Sihlwald, Hiky has lost his binoculars. Near Lake Pfäffikon, a frog cannot find his way home. And around Rümlang, the big question is how to learn how to fly. On Via Natura’s audio story trails, families hike through some of Canton Zurich’s most distinctive landscapes while a story unfolds alongside them. Hiky, the Zürcher Wanderwege mascot, leads the way as kids search for the next audio stop, scan the QR code and find out what happens next.
The surroundings are woven into the stories too. Forests, wetlands, lakes, wildlife and plants all have a part to play, and even the sky above the airport becomes part of the plot. With every stop, families piece together a little more of the story until the mystery finally comes together. Solve it all and you may be rewarded with a small surprise.
