On the “Factory Tour”, families uncover the secrets of FrischSchoggi™ (fresh chocolate) together. They watch the professionals at work and follow the journey of the cocoa bean all the way to the finished chocolate bar. In the museum, they meet the “Chocolate Family” – from cocoa growers to chocolatiers – and discover how many hands are involved in creating the sweet treat.
One highlight is the chocolate fountain, where tasting is strongly encouraged. Those who want to get creative themselves can make their own chocolate creations in the “Walk-In Atelier” at the end – no reservation required, although there may occasionally be a short wait.
Kids aged 8 and up can celebrate the sweetest birthday of all at the “Kids’ Birthday Party”, where they create imaginative chocolate figures with the help of a chocolatier.
Tip: If you feel inspired to craft your own chocolate, you can also visit the Läderach “Walk-In Atelier” at Bahnhofstrasse 106 in Zurich. Tickets are available directly on site.
