Summer is here and bringing sunshine and hot temperatures. Ideal for a day at the swimming pool – or a lake or river. The lake and river swimming venues in the region are particularly beautiful. Cool water invites you to swim and splash around. Depending on the venue chosen, you’ll find just the infrastructure you want – from a paddling pool to a slide, a diving tower and more. But beware, not all bathing areas have a lifeguard. For the breaks, there are comfortable sunbathing areas or restaurants with ice cream and snacks.
