At the only science center in Switzerland, children and adults can experiment, touch, and try to their heart’s content – in line with the in-house philosophy of “hands-on learning”. Indoors or outdoors in the huge park – numerous experiments and exhibits provide an opportunity to discover natural phenomena at first hand.

Indoors, visitors can watch frost patterns form, investigate cyclones with a fire tornado, play the raindrop drums, or admire a cloud vortex. In addition, the “Mindscapes” exhibition reveals that none of our senses can be trusted.

In the huge «Technorama Outdoors», science buffs big and small will find an immense outdoors science lab, since there is no better place to experience natural phenomena involving the sun, wind and water than outside in nature. One of the many highlights: the monumental «Wonder Bridge» with amongst others the exhibit Falling Water, where 5 tons of water falls from a height of 10 meters only to shoot back up like a geyser.
