With the Schweizerische Südostbahn, the adventure begins at the train station. Because families experience Switzerland’s impressive sights from the train carriage. In the Treno Gottardo, the view sweeps over rugged mountain faces and deep blue lakes. Through the windows of the Voralpen-Express, travelers discover nature and culture along the east-west route. The IR Aare Linth connects exciting cities and regions such as Bern, Zurich and Chur. The Alpenrhein Express takes you from St. Gallen through the beautiful Rhine Valley to Chur. And the S-Bahn takes its guests from Einsiedeln, with its impressive monastery, via Rapperswil to the family-friendly Glarnerland.
If the young adventurers need a little diversion en route, the hidden object pictures in the family compartments of the Traverso trains, for example, provide distraction. Just like the coloring book with fox Zoe, which the customer guides are happy to hand out to young guests on request – colored pencils included, of course.
