During the “Factory Tour”, the visitors discover the secrets of FrischSchoggi™ (fresh chocolate), watch the chocolatiers at work and follow all the steps of the cocoa bean to the final product. At the museum, the little guests are introduced to the Chocolate Family – from the cocoa bean producer to the chocolatier – they see who is behind this delicious treat and the work that goes into it until we can finally enjoy the taste of chocolate in our mouths.

To end the tour in all its beauty, the last station is the chocolate fountain, where kids can enjoy chocolate to their heart’s content. Those who want a hands-on experience, can make their own chocolate at the “Walk-In Atelier”, where no advanced booking is required. However, it may be, that they must wait their turn and be a bit patient.

Kids 8 years and older can hold the sweetest of all birthdays at the “Kids Birthday Party”, where they can let their imagination run free and create all sorts of chocolate figures with the help of a chocolatier.
