Who can roll the cheese into the hole? Who can score the most points in ladder golf? And who will win the next game of giant Connect Four? In the Goldingertal, a family outing quickly turns into a friendly competition. Eighteen golden game stations are scattered between Atzmännig and Neuhaus, inviting families to simply open the door and start playing. One moment you’re testing your aim with the Ski Pole Lasso, the next you’re fishing bottles from the water or searching for the Golden Egg. Some challenges call for precision and skill, while others reward patience – or just a little bit of luck.

You can start at any game station. Follow one of the suggested routes or create your own Gold Trophy adventure on foot, by bike or by moped. Some routes can even be shortened by taking the PostBus along the way. Many game stations are located near farm shops, cheese dairies, restaurants and other attractions, so every challenge comes with the bonus of discovering another corner of the Goldingertal. Stop for an ice cream, sample local cheese or simply enjoy the scenery before heading on to the next game. It’s worth coming back too, as no two Gold Trophy adventures are ever the same.
