Enea Tree Museum
The Enea Tree Museum is located in an impressive park close to Lake Zurich. It combines landscape, botany, architecture, art and design in a single park.
- Park designed by the famous landscape architect, Enzo Enea
- Botany and architecture over 75,000 sq.m.
- 50 trees from 25 species
- Some trees over 100 years old
The idea of creating a tree museum resulted from Enzo Enea’s work as a landscape architect. And his many years of study not only created the basis for Enea's international success, they also filled him with admiration and respect for these magnificent works of nature. All the trees in the museum were destined to be removed – but thanks to Enzo Enea and elaborate transport means, they continue to thrive.
There are over 50 trees from more than 25 species in the museum, some of which are more than 100 years old and produce an aura of immortality. A further 100 trees and plants are also found in the park surrounding the Tree Museum.
