The pre-Alpine region of Sattel-Hochstuckli lies between the deep-blue Lake Zurich and the famous Lake Lucerne. Surrounded by rolling green hills and nestled in the foothills of the Alps, this region is a popular destination for hikers, families, and all those looking for rest and relaxation. From the small village of Sattel, a revolving gondola whisks guests up to the Mostelberg summit station. During this 8-minute trip, they enjoy the magnificent view while the gondola slowly rotates on its own axis.
At the top, families can choose between many activities: In Rondo’s Playground the little ones are having fun in the bouncy castle or enjoy some action on the toboggan run or tubing track. For an even bigger adrenaline rush, take a walk across the 374-m-long Skywalk suspension bridge. Furthermore, numerous hiking trails start at the mountain station as well as the theme and adventure trail “Geissä Wäg” that leads from Mostelberg to the Blüemlisberg goat farm.
