We love cheese! And at the Milchmanufaktur the world revolves around all the wonderful dairy products that can be made of milk. From the restaurant window or the show ramp, the little guests have a great view into the heart of the cheese factory, where they can watch the cheese masters at work.
Every Wednesday, the visitors can participate in the Farm Cheese Experience where they are introduced to the secrets of dairy production. After an exciting tour, they can produce their very own farm cheese.
To bring the joy back home, families stock up on selected cheeses and other delicacies in the «Regio Shop».
