The Kunst Museum Winterthur exhibits masterpieces from the 17th century to the present day and is constantly expanding its collection of paintings, sculptures, drawings and graphics. Today the museum exhibits one of the four largest public collections of modern art in Switzerland.
In all three museums, art becomes a very special experience for young visitors as well: during the “Art Stroll”, children approach the works in a playful and creative way. Depending on the exhibition, sounds or stories complete the experience. With their own paint and brushes, kids can let their creativity run wild and make their own art.
Since 2018, the Kunst Museum Winterthur unites three museums under one umbrella brand.
