In the Muotathal, where craggy peaks rise high and spruce forests tell of times long past, the Husky Lodge lies in the midst of unspoilt nature. Hiking and biking trails crisscross the alpine meadows and lead to waterfalls and other hidden treasures such as Europe’s largest virgin spruce forest or the Hölloch, one of the largest cave systems in the world. Nature lovers discover outdoor adventures of all kinds here all year round.

Much more than a base camp, Husky Lodge is a highlight in itself. 30 Siberian Huskies live on site. Guest cabins blend harmoniously into the landscape around the restaurant. From the “Adventurer’s Cabin” with a view of the night sky to the “Family Cabin” with its own fireplace to the “Comfort Cabin” with its own sauna, there is something for everyone. On the premises there is also a playground, a table tennis table, a table football table and a slackline.
