“Baumgärtli” Children’s Building Site

Hammering, sawing, climbing, playing: At the children’s building site “Baumgärtli” in Luchsingen, children can let off steam while living out their creativity. On Wednesday and Saturday afternoons, the play and craft paradise is open to children from very young to 12 years old. Help is provided by a competent team of social pedagogues, specialists, senior citizens and youthful coaches, so that there is a nice mingling of the generations.

The children can also socialize and make friends with each other while jointly working on huts and own projects. In this way, they simultaneously train their motor skills, live out their creativity, and learn important social skills. Up to the age of 8, an accompanying adult is obligatory for the little artists and craftspeople, above that only for the first visit.
