Area Mill Tiefenbrunnen

Whether you’re heading to the Kornsilo café for brunch, to the Mühlerama museum, or to Miller’s theater for a children’s play – there is much to discover!

  • Mühlerama museum
  • Children’s theater
  • Kornsilo café with family brunch
  • Blaue Ente restaurant
  • Goldsmith’s workshop
  • Traffic-free area
  • Historical building complex
  • Right next to Tiefenbrunnen train station

Today’s name might not suggest it, but the Tiefenbrunnen Mill was originally built as a brewery and only later converted into a grain mill. In the time since then, however, the beautiful historic building complex has undergone another transformation. It has become a culture area and family paradise that invites visitors to enjoy, marvel and relax.

The offers include, on the one hand, a range of culinary options, with the restaurant Blaue Ente and the Kornsilo café, where the family brunch is served on Sundays. But there’s also plenty of fun to be had on the traffic-free premises: be it at an entertaining children’s play at Miller’s theater or at the Mühlerama museum, where the entire journey from grain to bread can be experienced on the basis of the former mill.
