Hiking meets high-flying fun: In Malbun, you don’t just walk – you soar. Ten outdoor swings line the 5.5 km themed trail winding down to Malbun from the Sareis mountain station, each offering its own breathtaking panorama. A special highlight is the swing near Alp Pradamee, where three people can swing together.
It’s worth pausing between the stations, too – for grazing cows, colorful wildflowers, and the babbling Malbun Creek, perfect for a refreshing foot soak. Down in the valley, the “ExplorerTrail“– or treat yourself to something sweet.
Good to know: The first part of the trail, from the Berggasthaus Sareis down to Malbun, is stroller-accessible; the second part, continuing to Alp Pradamee, is not.
