When many Zurich residents say that they are going to “lay low” for a while, that is exactly what they do – they go down into the basement of Volkshaus to escape the hectic of everyday life for a while.
The subterranean wellness oasis offers various relaxation options. A visit to the hammam, sessions in the sauna, as well as massages and beauty treatments invite guests to enjoy relaxing moments.
Every Wednesday, the spa is open exclusively to women, while on Saturdays, children can splash around to their heart’s content for a few hours.
