Hombrechtikon
Lützelsee Lake
Lake Lützel is located at the transition from Lake Zurich to the Zurich Oberland and, with its moors and small lakes, is one of the most beautiful lakes in the region.
- Leisurely circular path from Hombrechtikon
- Lido with a diving raft and playground
- Snacks and drinks at the Hasel garden restaurant
The Lützelsee lake is a scenic gem. Storks, in particular, feel at home at this nature reserve and in spring and summer can often be observed in the many nests around the lake.
Pleasant Lakeshore Path
The circular path is perfect for a leisurely stroll. The route is three kilometers (just under 2 miles) long and leads mainly along a flat gravel path. Lush meadows line the way, while a wooded area provides ample shade. Before or after their walk, visitors can fortify themselves with light refreshments at the Hasel garden restaurant.
Bathing Facility for Young and Old
At the lido, water lovers of all ages will find something to their liking – including a raft complete with diving board and a wading pool for the little ones. Ice creams, drinks, and snacks are available at the kiosk at the entrance. And those who still do not want to go home at the end of the day can simply pitch their tent and spend the night surrounded by nature.

Open to the public all day
