I would like to actively contribute to making many families more aware of the huge and colorful range of excursion destinations that we have right on our doorstep. From urban adventures and sporting activities to nature-based and cultural experiences – the Children’s Region is not only a paradise for families with young children, but also an exciting world of adventure for teenagers. We have already explored so much with our family in recent years – and yet there is still so much to discover.

When it comes to bringing families closer together, to showing them how they can share free time in a meaningful and fun way, I am delighted to be an ambassador for the Children’s Region. At every concert, at every festival, I see first hand how great it is when people come together and share experiences. Everyone benefits.

I travel a lot with my children in my free time and am grateful for the kind of inspiration offered by the Children’s Region. Combined with cool offers, this is how we discover what’s on our doorstep. As Schweizerische Südostbahn, our trains cross the Children’s Region from east to west and from north to south. It is therefore only natural for me, as a public transport representative and dad, to get involved with the Children’s Region.

As a Zurich native and mum of a young son, I am interested in high-quality offers for families in the region. It is of great importance to me that the activities are accessible for everyone. Especially families with children with disabilities need to be able to participate in social life without major hurdles and to be able to plan their excursions well. All grandparents and families traveling with strollers also benefit from barrier-free offers and information on accessibility.
